The former Brookdale Northville senior living facility on Six Mile Road has a new name, a new operator, and freshly completed renovations. Northville Pointe Senior Living will celebrate its relaunch with a ribbon cutting at 3:30 p.m. on July 30, at 40405 6 Mile Road.

The Northville Chamber of Commerce is hosting the ceremony, according to the chamber's event calendar.

Sinceri Senior Living, a Vancouver, Washington-based company that manages 139 communities across 21 states, took over the property as part of a broader transition of former Brookdale-managed communities owned by real estate investment trust Ventas. That deal, announced in December 2024 between Brookdale and Ventas, involved 120 communities nationwide. Brookdale chose not to renew leases on 55 of those properties. Sinceri assumed management of 19 in the Midwest and Pacific Northwest, McKnight's Senior Living reported on Dec. 1, 2025.

CEO Chris Belford said at the time that the new communities would allow Sinceri to extend its care model to more residents and families. Belford has more than 15 years of experience in senior living and received the 2023 McKnight's Senior Living Pinnacle Award.

Renovations at the Northville Pointe property were completed by June 2026, based on imagery posted to Sinceri's community website. The facility offers assisted living with rates starting at $3,800 per month for a studio apartment, according to Seniorly. That's below the Northville-area average of $4,250 per month.

The community sits near I-275 and I-96, with amenities including a beauty shop, coffee shop, garden, courtyard, theater, game room, library, and fitness room, according to A Place for Mom.

Sinceri has been certified as a Great Place to Work for seven consecutive years and was named a Forbes America's Best Midsize Employer, according to the company's website.
