The Novi Home Show returns to the Vibe Credit Union Showplace on Friday, Oct. 9, with a new design feature headlining the three-day event.
The fall edition of the show, produced by the Home Builders Association of Southeastern Michigan, runs through Sunday, Oct. 11, at the venue at 46100 Grand River Ave. Exhibitors include national retailers like Home Depot and Lowe's alongside regional specialists including Kurtis Kitchen & Bath, Glenn's Fireplace & Spa and Renewal by Andersen, according to the show's floor plan.
Debuting at the fall 2026 edition is the Interior Design Inspiration Village, where six decorated room vignettes will be staffed by Metro Detroit interior designers offering free consultations, according to the show's website.
The Michigan Manufactured Housing Association is bringing three fully furnished manufactured homes from Diamond Homes, Modular by Design and Sun Communities for attendees to walk through. One model spans up to 1,264 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Brian Starrs is vice president of consumer and trade shows for the Home Builders Association of Southeastern Michigan, which produces three Novi Home Shows each year.
The Fall Tips & Trends Stage will host presentations all weekend from Michigan State University Extension educators and Farmer John's Greenhouse experts on topics including fall garden cleanup, houseplant care and deterring deer. MSU Extension is also running a Kids Create & Take activity, included with admission, on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
WJR 760 AM's Inside Outside Guys home-improvement program will broadcast live from the show floor Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to noon. Watercolor artist Rocco Pisto will paint live at the IMAGIO Glass Design booth on Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.
A Michigan Marketplace section features local artisans and small businesses selling cash-and-carry goods, including Blessed Roots Woodworking, Dee's Bees and Rocky Top Woodworks.
Show hours are noon to 7 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. General admission is $12, or $9 if purchased online in advance, plus fees. Seniors 65 and older pay $10. Children 12 and under get in free. A $5 after-5 p.m. ticket is available at the box office on Friday and Saturday. Visitors can also find $2-off coupons at area Home Depot locations or by signing up for the show's email newsletter. Parking is separate and can be pre-purchased through the venue's website.
The next Novi Home Show after the Oct. 9-11 run is the Winter Edition, scheduled for Jan. 15-17, 2027.
